XcrewPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Xcrew app ("Xcrew", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Xcrew is an app for airline crew to organise their roster, crew, documents and duty information. It is operated by Xdynamics FZE.
Information we collect
- Account details — the email address and password you create when you register.
- Roster & duty data — your flight schedule, duties, flight legs, crew lists, training records, licence/document expiries and duty statistics. This information originates from your own airline crew account and is stored so the app can display it to you.
- Crew photos — photos of colleagues rostered on your flights, as shown on your crew lists.
- Crew nationalities — Xcrew stores the nationality shown on your flight's crew list so it can display flags; it is only visible to crew who flew with that person.
- Pay settings — an hourly pay rate and basis you optionally enter yourself, used only to estimate your own monthly income. It is stored with your account, kept private to you, and never shared with other crew or any third party.
- Support messages — the content you send us through the in-app contact form, with your name and staff number.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide the app's features — showing your roster, crew, airport weather, income estimate and documents, and responding to your support requests. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
Sharing
- With other crew you choose ("Friends"). If you and another crew member mutually connect, each of you can view the other's roster and crew details. Either of you can disconnect at any time, which ends that access. Personal contact details (email, phone) are never shared with other crew.
- Service providers. Airport weather is retrieved from the NOAA Aviation Weather Center. Emails (such as password-reset codes and support messages) are delivered through our email provider. These providers process data only to deliver these features.
- We do not share your information with any other third parties.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. On your device, access to the app can be protected with Face ID.
Retention & deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your account and its associated roster, crew, pay settings and connections from our systems.
Children
Xcrew is intended for professional airline crew and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
